This program may be freely distributed provided that the application and all accompanying documents remain unaltered and this license accompanies every version. Spelling Depot has been tested under Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. It is also designed to run under Windows 2000. Since it is impossible to test the program on every computer, this program is offered without warranty as to its ability to run on any given machine.

The software is licensed and delivered on an "as is" basis. The author makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, by stature or otherwise, regarding this software product. its quality, its performance, its merchantability, or its fitness for any particular purpose.

When first installed on a computer, this software offers a 30-day trial period which can be used to determine if the program meets your needs. After the trial period, all functions except test taking are disabled. You can select 'Register' from the 'Help Menu' at any time to register this product. If you decide not to register this application, please remove it from your computer. A license is required for each computer on which Spelling Depot is running. A “Personal License” allows a single user to install Spelling Depot 2010 on a maximum of 2 computers for use solely by that individual. “Site Licenses” are available which cover every Windows OS computer at a given site.

The registration code may not be shared with other users.
